All: I'm going through the 30 or so submissions of this story trying to find the best article. Is there a better article than this one?

Usually we'd make the opposite call and link to the best third-party article, with the original complaint linked in the comments. But this is a story that HN readers are highly familiar with—more familiar than the article writers, in many cases—so the original is probably the best link for HN.
