I'm aware there is a whole cottage industry of conspiracy theorists that point to satellite photos of busy parking lots outside hospitals in Hubei Province as evidence of earlier spread of Covid than has been officially acknowledged. But there's no way to distinguish a busy parking lot caused by a severe influenza outbreak (which existed prior to Covid in Hubei) and a novel pathogen.
