Hi! I'm CJ, Head of Product at Teamtailor (https://teamtailor.com). We're a bootstrapped scale-up based in Stockholm, Sweden but with a global presence. 600 people spread out all over the world. Our Product/Engineering team consists of 60 amazing developers and designers, with an average experience of 14+ years. All working together to build an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that's loved by candidates and recruiters — with AI at the core.
We launched our first AI-enabled features back in 2023, and having continued to improve and expand them since then. Our users and customers love it.
We're looking for more fullstack developers with experience integrating LLMs and want to help us build the future of AI-enabled, human recruitment.
