Doesn't seem to be paywalled here. It is behind a consent box with multiple “legitimate interest” lies (or “we see your preferences not to be commercially stalked, but fuck you and you poxy preference we want to anyway”), which archive.today works around nicely: https://archive.is/4QlDl
