An Italian YouTuber called “Once Were Nerd” had his house raided by Italian authorities due to showing emulated video games on his channel.

They have also asked Google to engage in DNS poisoning related to soccer piracy. Not sure about the cloudflare thing but it sounds consistent.

They blocked a Cloudflare server because one of its many users was serving an illegal football stream.
