I've been using easyDNS for 5(10?) years... Never had a problem with them and highly recommend them. I do 'hobby stuff' - nothing fancy, but it always just works. One time I called to ask if they support wildcard sub-domains (www.
.example.com or whatever..example.com) and actually had a real engineer pick up the phone :-) (btw - it did work, very well actually :-) )
The backup mail spool is nice too...
all in all - not the cheapest - but worth the piece of mind in my book :-D
