I've also noticed that when I did my version of this app more than 3 years ago (
https://tv.istasyon.app). Somehow the ads are limited or gone if you play videos as embedded. At some point, I thought YouTube had fixed that but seemingly not. The easiest way to do it is to find the YouTube video URL and replace that part `/watch?v=` with `/embed/`, then voila!
