Why shouldn't we trust what OpenAI says? If they say they used another actress, we should give them the benefit of the doubt. Questioning them only gives fuel to their detractors, which could in turn slow progress and reduce investment in the space.

Do they get a free pass because of accelerationist reasons? If anything this is a reason to stall/brake.

sama tweet after the demo + SJo's press release + OpenAI not even risking it and pulling out the voice from ChatGPT should raise enough doubts if anything.
