For me, the whole thing is just human struggle. It is about fighting for people they love and care, against some people they dislike or indifferent to.

Nah, I too will threaten to sign a petition to quit if I could save my RSUs/PPUs from evaporating. Organizational goals be damned (or is it extinction level risk be damned?)
