Looks like Satya will have all of the leverage after this. He kind of always did though, but the board has almost entirely been replaced.

I don’t see any point to the non profit umbrella now.

Sure, you can dissolve it if you hand over all the assets to another 501(c)3 organization. Otherwise, you are stuck with it.
