Pushing too hard and too fast does not seem consistent with lying to the board.

"He lied to the board about what he was going to announce" would sort of make sense, but it's odd that Swisher isn't trying to connect the dots here.

They are different things, but they are consistent in that they are not mutually contradictory and, quite the opposite, are very easy to see going together.

I can see it though. If you want to move faster than the board and you’re actually doing so, I can imagine there are some things that would inevitably end up as “lying to the board” Because if you don’t, nothing gets done. Since the board would shut it down if they knew
