Funnily enough, it means both; the author's classifier lumps cryptography articles in with cryptocurrency (search for "homomorphic encryption"):

I feel like that might skew the "Crypto" results in the positive direction no? I would think most people here have a generally positive view of strong open source public key cryptography as in many ways its the foundation of many modern technologies and the current internet correct?

I don't think any of us can know for sure, since the classification and sentiment analysis were both performed by an LLM, and I'm not seeing validation of the results by the author. You can imagine certain security/cryptography-related terms getting coded naively as negative-sentiment by an LLM ("vulnerability", "breach", "flaw").
