We each have a limited number of fucks to give. It’s more a decision of how to spend those - what is worth my mental energy.

Yep, and when the organisation wishes to spend its 'fucks to give' in a way that aligns with how I think they should spend their FTG, I will be willing to spend more of my FTG. Until then, we're both spending the absolute minimum FTG; I like to keep my FTG for things that replenish my FTG.
