- Launched 9 new products and scaled a handful more (real estate, consumer, gaming, enterprise SaaS, web3, ed-tech, etc.)
What I do:
- Work with 2-3 clients at a time
- Everything from Product strategy to roadmaps, 0-1 MVPs, GTM, hiring, user research, analytics, sprint management, QA testing etc.
- I either own the Product top-down, manage a cross-functional team, or focus on select high-value initiatives, depending on needs
