Remote: Yes (preferred - once trained)
Willing to relocate: No (for now/unless suitably tempted)
Technologies: N/A. Not the normal post you'll see here on HN. I'm currently learning to program in Python for the first time. My post here is putting feelers out there - for employers looking for "office all-rounders".
Someone that can do a bit of graphic design, can write killer copy, can learn stuff on the fly, is highly resourceful and very much a master of none. If it helps (my degree is in Media Arts) - I'm highly fluent in Digital Audio technologies (Reaper, FL Studio), synthesizers (hardware, modular and VST), audio hardware.
I have 10+ years experience in media traffic management/print advertising delivery and manage a small team of designers and copywriters to deliver said work.
Am interested in working with audio companies, software/tech co's, engineering companies and the like in some "general" capacity - with the hope of training and mentorship in technical areas. Plus points if you're actually not evil - I'll want to work for you without pretending I do.
Have interests in mathematics, 3d animation, drafting, computer programming (DSP/embedded), electronics, woodwork and GUI design. Especially interested in acoustic instrument modelling, analog circuit modelling, DSP programming.
Resume/CV: Can send on request.
