I suggest decluttering main view. Hide all tags or make them visually hidden (e.g. grey on white, no outlines etc.), also make a headline at the top, and all the service metadata like date, comment counter, author name at the bottom and to the side.
Also as a nice to have next improvements make actual fixed categories/subreddits/subforums thing. Because used based tags doesn't work at all at scale. At best they are a secondary thing helping in search and used by 0.1% of all users. Categories should be more fixed, maybe initially user created but not changing (existing ones).
Otherwise you will get an endless scroll of doom/memes page with everything dumped there, and we already have tons of networks in such format - facebook, twitter etc.
