Please don't break the rules at the top of the thread.

I'm not saying you're wrong. It's just there are two (or more) sides to every story and the hiring threads are no place to adjudicate these things. That's why we have that rule.

Your post is the one getting buried because you're the one who broke the rules. All sides of such stories are off topic in these threads.

I don't think this is so hard to understand? The only way to have a chance at fairly evaluating such claims would be to have all sides make their case and then have the community hash it out. Who Is Hiring threads are obviously not the place for that.
