It’s interesting to see openai rush out of the gate without this.

Gpt4 existed for 6-8 months before it was released.

It wouldn’t be a stretch to say gpt5 or enough of it exists today.

Did this become an issue because of what exists being closed doors, or because there is suddenly a lot of competition and catch-up from the big 3?

Safety in regulation is often a moat against competition.

Concerns about superintendent aside, who picks the haves and have nots for Full access to this technology?

Instead of computers becoming a threat, are people being divided to be against each other?
