The Role Colony is gearing up for the launch of a major new version of its application. Your job will be to get it into the hands of users.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute strategic growth plans aligned with overall business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and leverage data-driven decisions to drive growth. Build, lead, and manage a high-performing growth team to achieve company objectives. Develop, implement, and evaluate growth campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for self-motivation and have a proven track record of successfully bringing a B2C SaaS product to market, capturing market share, and excelling within industry sectors.
Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on B2C SaaS startups. 2+ years of experience working within a distributed team. Proven track record of taking startups to market and achieving traction.
