Market might've peaked in 2021 salary-wise BECAUSE people were not willing to move so much? Not because of demand (more job openings), but because of restricted supply (devs were prob unwilling to move in uncertain times). Just a thought though.

From having scraped HN job posts before, I’ve observed that it does take the full 2 weeks for these job postings to come in. I’d wait awhile before drawing any conclusions from today’s post.
