I don't see pay ranges listed for the open roles. If hiring in California (and some other states) you have to disclose a pay range in the job listing.

Anecdotally, last time I spent time on applying to Aha!, got to the offer stage to find out that offer was capped at a fixed number, which was lowest offer from 7 companies I applied to and got an offer from (around 50% of the best offer I received at that time).
