My only problem with these are that they are slow and difficult to navigate: menus tell you everything they can do, and you can fairly quickly figure out if you need to talk to a person. Instead, I've got to go back and forth with a machine that has a rudimentary understanding of English and offloads understanding of the problem
to what is essentially a menu on the back end. So instead, it's 10 minutes of trying to divine what keywords are doing what, and then giving up and
starting the process of
waiting for someone who can help you.
I'm not bothered by the fact that my servants aren't people, it cheers me up. It's not a good job for a person, it is a very bad job with very bad pay.
