The Teams Platform allows developers to extend the product with new features. We bring developer innovation - everything from conversational bots to rich canvases, built by leveraging Microsoft Graph into a seamless experience for users. Within Teams Platform, the App Intelligence Team provides signals on Teams apps that increase discoverability for end users and provide feedback to developers. We notably own the suggestion service, which suggests relevant apps that people can use, and serves as the engine for ratings and reviews of apps, and provide feedback to developers about their apps.
