Just wanted to let you know that your obscured bit.ly links + choice of hiring site which forces applicants to create an account, added so much extra friction to the application process I decided to not bother.

Thanks for the feedback! The bitly links are because the max comment length is pretty restrictive (and that same applicant tracking system has very verbose direct links). We're moving to a new ATS soon, and I strongly recommend against ever using iCIMS if you can possibly avoid it.
