FYI this link is not officially associated with Meta - it is an individual person, claiming to be a Meta employee, asking you to send them your resume and contact information. That could be some form of scam.

Looks legit to me (I was formerly a RDS at Facebook).

Each employee can refer candidates using the provided information (and gets a referral bonus if there is a hire).
