I'm nervous about how these technologies impact public computing like public libraries or other shared networks. We still occasionally run into sites flagging our network as spam and requiring additional attestation (something your average public library user can't really understand or even sometimes cope with) and further barriers make it harder to work around at point of need and more challenging for administrators. I completely understand how this happens, but it's also another way we widen the digital gap with good intentions.
