Wave | Multiple Roles | Full-time | between UTC -5 and +4 | 100% Remote | https://wave.com

We’re building a way for unbanked people in sub-Saharan Africa to send money instantly and affordably, saving massive fees and heartache. Top reasons you might be interested in working here:

1. We’re on track to have a huge impact—Wave is already used by half of all adults in Senegal (and we’ve saved them hundreds of millions of dollars) and growing quickly in other countries.

2. It’s still early days—you’ll work on shipping critical new products and features with lots of scope and autonomy.

3. The culture at Wave is special - it's a deeply diverse team united by how excited we are to build awesome stuff for our users. We are direct, honest communicators - but also very curious and collaborative.

We’re hiring for multiple roles:

* Senior Software Engineer (Python, GraphQL, K8s) - https://www.wave.com/en/careers/job/4278511002/

* Site Reliability Engineer (Terraform, GCP, K8s) - https://www.wave.com/en/careers/job/5345783002/

* Database Reliability Engineer (Postgres) - https://www.wave.com/en/careers/job/5345985002/

You can apply for the roles by clicking the links above. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly jesper@wave.com

I noticed there are bi-monthly long-haul trips mentioned in the advert. Does everyone have to attend?

Oops, we need to update it. They are only once every 4 months now.

They are strongly encouraged to be attended whenever possible since they provide so much value! (also, they are a lot of fun!)

Your post here says "Anywhere" for location, but the job description on the website says "between UTC -5 and +4".

Maybe you should clarify that here.
