Frame AI | 1 Principal/Senior Software Engineer Role | USA | Full-Time | REMOTE

Companies are more available than ever for conversations—by email, chat, social media, and telephone—yet fail to connect the signals people raise to the teams that need them to improve outcomes. Enter Frame AI, a unified repository for conversations that breaks down data silos and allows teams including customer experience, support, and product to enact continuous measurement and action on the content of customer conversations.

We need an engineer who is skilled working with complex PostgreSQL schemas at the core of data and analytics products. The ideal candidate is also a strong Python programmer able to implement job controls and interfaces that make sure no signal or message gets missed. Our system pushes the envelope on integrating research and production engineering in the natural language domain, but machine learning experience is not required.

This is an opportunity to have a major technical impact and collaborate directly with the head of engineering / co-founder.

Us: Small team (<25 employees), mostly in Eastern timezone

Stack: Python, PostgreSQL/RDS, Docker/ECS

Role: Backend, Infrastructure (REMOTE)

Levels:

  Principal Software Engineer - $180-250k, 0.4-0.7% equity

  Senior Software Engineer - $140-180k, 0.2-0.5% equity

For a Mid/Senior candidate, we also have a role facing our Success team to deliver tools that enable them to build, examine, and deploy machine learning models. Must have great Python/JS/GUI/CLI/Fullstack application development skills. Jupyter experience a plus.
