When somebody uses words like "habitually" or "generally" I expect either some statistics or any other proof that is a bit stronger than a friend of a friend told me... I haven't yet seen a proof that a majority of police officers are habitual racist harassers.

One should rather not generalize a whole group of people based on experiences of a few individuals one knows. History has shown it to be a bad idea. If you want to have a debate in good faith, I suggest you provide facts not ad hominem attacks.
