Similarly we shouldn’t collect vast databases of fingerprints or DNA and search them for every crime.
Why? Because error rates are unavoidable. There is some uncertainty, and in large enough numbers you will find false matches with perfect DNA matching.
We must keep our senses and use these technologies to help us rather than find the hidden bad guy.
