How can you say "...will never be sold/rented/etc. to advertisers"? Are you the fortune teller or a prophet? In case of a new CEO or changed ownership everything can change...

Does that kind of data even have value for advertisers ?

Beside the user tracking cookie I personally think the rest is fine if Stripe cannot tell some kind of buyer pattern (and sell it).
