I actually liked the rambling, ranting quality of the post. "People are asking themselves how to save Hacker News, and they need to realize there is only one technology which can save Hacker News, and that is the
time machine" <- priceless :)
I probably wouldn't have read the post if it were shorter and dryer, though it looks like it had the opposite effect on many.
