Sometimes the downvotes on HN make no sense. Looking through your comment history there are a number of recent comments that were unfairly downvoted. Just a guess, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same people doing it.

It would be interesting if HN detected such behaviour... Then it could ignore some downvotes. I know it doesn't sound like much, but undeserved downvotes hurt...
