Language changes, and I'm a dinosaur unfortunately.

I also love the fact American English sometimes uses better, or more interesting words, than English. 'Median' (thanks World's Wildest Police Videos), or 'fall' for autumn.

"Learnings" is corporate-speak. Like everything being "an ask."

"The ask from marketing is that the logo 'pop' more."

"Did you get the ask I emailed you?"

I strongly dislike both, but they derive from real, vacuous humans.
