This needs to be upvoted to the top so that we get some answers as to why this well-known history is not searchable via such a major tech company’s search functionality. It’s the top result via Google, why is Bing so bad at this?

To be fair a search of tank man on bing does have results including pictures. For some reason the same imagines that appear on the main search results page don't show up on the image results tab.

It's because the search query is blocked.

I think the more surprising thing is that it only effects the Image search results, and not the web search results.

I checked the Video results, and Videos also appear blocked.

It's possible that Image and Video search utilize the same word-filter list, and for some reason web-searches use a different list.
