There are entire fake persona videos these days. Leading scientists, economists, politicians, tech guys, are being impersonated wholesale on youtube.

I saw this today where "influencers" were taking real doctors from videos and using AI to have them pitch products.

Yeah, anyone in Canada has seen AI image ads and AI video ads on youtube purporting to feature or include prominent Canadian politicians (current PM and party leaders). Youtube seems to have just wholesale given up on moderating their ad content.

It's hard to sue an unfairly banished Nigerian prince living in South Africa just playing the game, about the best you can do is have their account suspended/deleted. They'll be back a couple hours after that though.
