I feel like for some people these chatbots are sort of becoming something like their "service animals". They fill a void, a gap, some core loneliness, reduce anxiety from dealing with the uncertainty and challenges of life.

As others mentioned here, a lot of the value add from his workflow is just relocating things from one place to another and micro optimizing.
