This is one of the few reasons I was still on Android over iOS. If Android becomes just as bad as iOS why would I keep putting up with Android?

It's exhausting dealing with operating systems that treat you like a child. If that's the choice I may as well not even have a "smart" phone. There's nothing smart about it anymore. It's become a toy with a camera.

Sadly there is no real alternative to Android at the moment. Replicant are also just 2-3 developers afaik. https://replicant.us/
