Didn't the US try this at some point with 3D cgi material? I think it fell through in the US. I believe in the EU such material is already criminal. OTOH i don't see any possible way they can stop it

How can you define the age of a fictional character in a computer-generated rendering anyway? This is misguided and ill-conceived from top to bottom.
