Amazon needs something sticky included in prime. An email or very generous photo storage. This is what keeps many people stuck with Gmail and outlook.
Else amazon is soon going to see huge drop in prime subscribers.
From the comments here, looks like fast shipping and streaming are not sticky enough for most people.
