Gotta love that Adam D'Angelo who has a clear conflict of interest with Poe to OpenAI's GPTs release from dev day is still on the board and is now somehow the one tasked with leading this negotiation from the boards side.

Lmao this just clicked for me. I was reading about the many iterations of OpenAI’s board’s various conflicts of interests. But I hadn’t used Poe and didn’t realize it was basically characters/Agents.
