I really hope Altman doesn't return to his role. It is nice to see some people showing some spine and standing up to business interestes. "Open"AI is and was a lie for the longest time.

the choice at this moment is simple - either Altman goes away with some employees and starts new venture while the Ilya's side gets the rest of the employees plus the whole OpenAI IP, resources, etc., or Ilya goes away with some employees and starts new venture while Altman gets the rest of the employees plus the whole OpenAI IP, resources, etc. Right now Ilya's side has the Open AI - it would be strange if they just give it away to Altman.
