Finally a board that acts to benefit all humanity as the charter demands. VCs want billions so they will try anything starting with the nonsense of “do no harm” priciple which has nothing to do with corporate governance. It is the Hippocrates oath taken by doctors. VCs are already cheating, expect more to come. They come from the ethic of move fast, break things, make billions and show no conscience about the masive harm done to all humanity.
