Use our rider data to identify the popularity of roads in OSM, and use that as an influence to the route solving engine, enabling popularity based routing. We are doubling down and expanding the tooling we use to identify the best places to ride, and to help people discover them. We are language agnostic, and focus on picking the right one for the job. These include Ruby, Python, Java, and Rust. This is a small, pragmatic, high impact but low overhead team focused on expanding the boundaries of what we can do with mapping data.
