SkyGeo | Backend & Frontend Devs | Delft, Netherlands, NYC or REMOTE | Full Time | https://skygeo.com/

We are a young and dynamic data focused company with the goal to measure the world. We use advanced satellite technologies to detect the smallest movements of earth’s surface anywhere in the world using InSAR. Our in house technologies are used across a range of industries from mining to transportation to give customers ways to monitor, alert and quantify their assets.

While we are not a start-up anymore and fully fund ourselves we still value creative problem solving, flat hierarchies and everybody having a voice to build the best global monitoring product possible. Our stack contains mainly of Python, Django, React and plenty data science tools. Being a geospatial company we also use several mapping tools (open layers, leaflet, cesium), which is however not a requirement.

We are primarily looking for mid level engineers to help on our web app. If you have deployed apps to the cloud, have worked with large data sets and value to conceptualize and build features for a growing product in a small team we would like to hear from you.

Our team is somewhat distributed between Europe and the US, while we value office time in our HQ in Delft, we are also open to remote work or hybrid in our NYC office, if you can overlap with the rest of the team at core hours of 13:00 - 17:00 CET.

Feel free to apply via above links, or send me an email at stephan.meyerzab at skygeo.com

I just added an edit that it also is possible to work in our NYC office in some sort of hybrid fashion.
